2025 trips that we took

Trip #1, Since selling our teardrop last year, this years camping has been a slow go, plus we have done some work to the house that has taken up our time. This years first trip was to Swan Bay Resort in the 1000 Island region of NY. We went again with the Jersey Pioneers.

What this campground has going for it is the watter view and access, otherwise it was just another open field of big rogs with little personality. We rented a camper that is on premisesand while it was nice it showed that it was a rental, and for the price we paid I expected a grill that was actually usable, not a rusted out one that I would have tossed a year ago.

While there we took several excursions on the St. Laurence River, One to Singer Castle, One to Boldt Castle and a Hacker Craft Boat ride out of the Antique Boat America Museum

Also took a trip to Evans Mills Raceway to see some short track racing, and a short trip to Gananoque, Canada.

Trip #2, It seems that whenever we get a new to us camper, our first trip is always Knoebels

Ironically enough, a teardrop camper like the onje we previously had pulled into the site next to us offering a nice compare and contrast.

The weather was incredable and we had a great time as usual. We are hoping to get out again, maybe head south either before the end of the year or maybe January to get out of the cold.
